RETURNS

Need to return something? We’ve made it simple.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Returns

Items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• Returned in original condition
• Free from marks, stains, odours, or damage

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Exchanges

Due to demand and low stock, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you’d like a different size, colour, or style, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If we’ve sent the wrong item or your garment is faulty, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll make it right, including all costs in return process.

Sale Items

Sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrectly supplied (Bundles aren't included in this).
