1. Order Processing

1.1 We aim to fulfil all garment orders the next business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–5 business days for domestic delivery.

1.2 Sticker packs are fulfilled within 2–3 business days. Please note that tracking is not available on sticker pack orders.

1.3 For international orders, delivery timeframes will vary by destination. Please refer to your tracking information for the most accurate updates.

1.4 While we do everything we can to ensure smooth delivery, FINDGOD is not liable for packages lost or stolen after dispatch, or for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside of our control. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. If something doesn't seem right with your delivery, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at info@findgod.co.nz and we'll do our best to help.

1.5 Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. FINDGOD is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@findgod.co.nz and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.

1.6 For international orders, please be aware that your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. FINDGOD has no control over these charges and is unable to predict or reimburse them. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.

2. Returns

2.1 All FINDGOD garments are designed and fulfilled in New Zealand. We take great care in our process, but if you receive a defective item or the wrong size, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@findgod.co.nz. We'll make it right — all costs associated with returning and replacing a faulty or incorrect item will be covered by us.

2.2 We offer a no-questions-asked refund on all full-priced garments. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, simply email us at info@findgod.co.nz within 14 days of receiving your order to begin the process. We'll guide you through every step.

2.3 Sale and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless they are faulty or incorrectly sent. If you have a concern about a sale item, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

2.4 Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is the result of our error.

2.5 To be eligible for a return, all garments must be in their original unworn condition, folded carefully, and returned in their original packaging. Items must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. FINDGOD reserves the right to decline a refund if items are not returned in their original condition.

2.6 Your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are not affected by this policy.

3. Exchanges

3.1 Want a different size, colour, or style? No problem. Simply return your item following the process above and we'll issue a full refund once it's received and inspected. You're then welcome to place a new order for the item you'd like. We're always happy to help make sure you end up with something you love — feel free to reach out if you need any guidance.

4. Gift Cards

4.1 FINDGOD gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. FINDGOD is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

5. Privacy

5.1 We respect your privacy. FINDGOD will never sell or share your personal information with any third parties. Your details are used solely to process your order and communicate with you about your purchase. All information is securely stored and encrypted. Cookies are used only for the operation of our website.

5.2 All prices on our website are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable..

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All content on the FINDGOD website and across our platforms — including our name, logo, designs, graphics, and written content — is the property of FINDGOD and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing may be reproduced, copied, or used without prior written permission from FINDGOD.

7. Governing Law

7.1 These policies are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising in connection with your order or use of our website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
